- contact us and get approval for the return at email email@example.com;
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging. Include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. Please make sure the items you return is in good conditions as we send before.
- Send the return package to the address confirmed by us from email: firstname.lastname@example.org. The return package can be sent using the carrier of your choice.
Creat a Return
When the items you bought qualifies for our return policy and you wish to return it, please send us email to email@example.com to creat a return. Please make sure the following content included in the email:

If you have ordered the wrong product or no longer want a product you ordered, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Orders from Yeedaky are shipped from China or Local warehouse in your countries (Such as United Sates, United kingdom, Austrilia).

Return Policy for
A small number of items that we sell are "Non-Returnable". These special order items are not eligible for our standard return policy described on this page. We do not accept returns or cancellations on these items once the order is placed. These items are original, or genuine, or secondhand parts except there is Warranty Period Specified on the related product pages.
Ordered the Wrong Products
If you have ordered the wrong product or no longer want a product you ordered, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and freight we sent the items. You should email our Customer Service Team by firstname.lastname@example.org to creat and approve the return for you. The products must be returned in new and unused condition in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return or exchange. You should contact us within 10 days after receiving the items and should send within 5 days after our approval of return.

Received Defective Products

Received a Damaged Package
If you receive damaged items, you must notify YEEDAKY within 5 days of receipt by email email@example.com. Please send the following information in the email:

2, picture of damage items your received;
3, the time you received the items.

Received Incorrect Products (Not What You Ordered)
It is rare that YEEDAKY sends out the wrong products, as we double check every order. For fastest replacement, we can place a new order for the replacement items and ship them out to you as soon as possible (you will be credited for the full amount of the original item(s) ordered when we receive your return). Replacing Items Under Warranty
YEEDAKY honors OEM and Aftermarket Parts warranties for our products. YEEDAKY does not offer warranty for genuine, original, and secondhand parts except we have indicated warranty period on the related product pages. If you are experiencing an issue with a product purchased through YEEDAKY that is still covered by a valid warranty, please contact us by email at email@example.com. YEEDAKY will advise you of the next steps for getting your replacement as fast as possible. You should send us the following information:
1, pictures or videos of the parts on the machine;
2, describe the issue of products you purchased
We will inspect the issue with the technical department. Because of the nature of warranty claims, this process can sometimes take several business days. We will do everything we can to minimize the wait and resolve your issue.
If the return is approved by us, Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to send the warranty item back to us and YEEDAKY will pay the shipping costs to send out the replacement.
All Other Returns
All returns that don't fit into one of these categories and are not approved by us from our email firstname.lastname@example.org, will not be accepted by us.

Changing Your Order Before It Has Shipped
You are able to make edits to your order online by clicking 'View/Edit next to the corresponding order here, or by following the link provided in your confirmation email. We are also able to make changes to orders that have not yet been shipped if you contact us immediately after placing the order; please be prepared with your order number. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to an order once it has left our warehouse.
Orders can be canceled online by sending us an email at email@example.com. Orders can only be canceled before they have shipped. If you wish to cancel an order that has already shipped, you will need to contact us and send the material back within good condition. The customer is responsible for the initial shipping charges for the order and the shipping charges associated with the return.
